About the Role
We are seeking a charismatic, dynamic, and creative Marketing Associate to work closely with our Marketing Team. The role requires the candidate to contribute to Copperpod Digital’s overall marketing strategy while also supporting the execution of marketing initiatives. As a Marketing Associate, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to a wide range of marketing activities, including branding, social media, email marketing, content creation, and planning.
What You’ll do at Copperpod
● Contribute to the development of creative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
● Create and curate content for social media channels, email campaigns, and other marketing collaterals.
● Conduct research and provide insights on market trends and competitor activities.
● Assist in the management of company website and other digital properties.
● Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, flyers, and other promotional items.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of marketing activities with overall business objectives.
● Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed. Contribute to the development of creative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

You are a good fit if you have
● Bachelor's / Master’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
● Passionate about marketing and keeping pace with latest trends and technologies.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong organizational and project management skills.
● Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
● Experience with graphic design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva (added advantage)
● Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics and HubSpot (added advantage)
● Ability to work independently and in a team environment
